Colorpak has reported a full year profit of $6.413m (NPAT) up 14.1 per cent on the year before. The packaging giant has also recorded compound sales growth of 11.8 per cent over the past 10 years.

Colorpak has bought Sydney-based print business Remedies after the company entered administration in mid March. Colorpak has paid $400,000 for all of the operating assets, goodwill and customer base of the print business.

Packaging company Colorpak Limited has announced a 23 per cent increase in net profit after tax for the 2007-08 year to $6.2m from $5.1m. The company says the improvement stemmed from higher sales and greater operational efficiencies.
