New Zealand speciality label printer Impressions International will offer lenitcular printing after investing in Humaneyes Producer 3D Litho. Humaneyes says its Producer3D embeds a powerful interlace engine with a full array of prepress tools and works seamlessly with existing printing equipment.

Impressions International, the specialist label printer will be producing volume small format Lenticular prints on their Heidelberg 52 UV press.

Dale Bamford, general manager of Impressions International says, “We saw lenticular last year at a show in Japan and put it on our list of things to do. We quickly established that Humaneyes were a significant player in this area and started working with them to bring lenticular into our product line”.

Dale continues “The learning curve has been considerable but the new Producer 3D from Humaneyes makes the whole process very streamlined, very efficient, but most of all consistent and repeatable. The response to date from the marketplace has been extremely positive and we are all very excited about the potential.”

Chris Graham, managing director of Premedia Technologies, the master distributor of HumanEyes for the ANZ region says Impressions International has put a lot of effort into bringing its lenticular 3D products to the New Zealand market place.

He says, “The significant benefit of the Humaneyes Creative 3D software will be to allow their customers to create 3D, flip or animation in the low cost Humaneyes Creative 3D software and then send the artwork file the company for local production through the Humaneyes Producer 3D software.”
