Mitsubishi HiTec Paper will increase the prices for its thermoscript thermal papers dedicated to POS and label applications by 10 per cent world-wide.

In a statement the company said the rise was ‘inevitable’ as it reacts to the ongoing strong rise of the prices for freight costs and raw materials, which are still getting narrowed on the global market.

The effective beginning of this increase will be September 1.

Mitsubishi HiTec Paper manufactures high quality thermal papers, carbonless papers and digital imaging papers and for the international market.
