Organisers of this year’s Innovate seminar have named Australian business consultant Michael McQueen as keynote speaker for the event scheduled in Auckland on October 22.
McQueen specialises in demographic shifts, change management and future trends in business. He will talk about business relevancy using a combination of humour, interaction and reflection.
Fuji Xerox, who will once again host the event, have included digital print packaging opportunities in the programme, says that McQueen provides audiences with an insight into how their customers and workforce perceive the world, rather than how you wish they would adding that his sessions can help audience members make a clear action plan for maintaining growth, vitality and momentum within their business or team. McQueen’s latest book looks at why good ideas and great companies become obsolete and how to avoid their fate.
Alistair Egan, product manager PSBG Fuji Xerox New Zealand, says, "Michael McQueen knows what helps companies succeed and what causes them to fail. His presentation at Innovate this year offers managers and owners an invaluable opportunity to find out how they can thrive in these difficult economic times."
