Rotoflex International, the supplier of web inspection and finishing equipment has been acquired by MAI Holdings, an international supplier of the packaging and printing industry for an undisclosed amount. Rotoflex is represented in Australia and New Zealand by Aldus Engineering.
According to Rotoflex, the asset-only acquisition was finalised on December 11, last year. The transaction marks a strong step for future business and growth plans for both Rotoflex and its new owners.Rotoflex also says it will maintain an independent brand presence, building on an already strong platform of progressive innovation, creative solutions and advanced technology. The immediate plan calls for heightened focus on the customer through Rotoflex sales continuity and improved worldwide support.
In addition, the implementation of new operational efficiencies will allow Rotoflex to build and deliver a higher level of customer satisfaction, according to the company.
