Product identification company Dy-Mark Identification Solutions will be exhibiting at Impetus – where it will showcase the Collamat 6610 label applicator the Datamax M-Class Mark II thermal printer and a series of prime, outer case and pallet labels that can be manufactured to suit any customer requirements.

According to Mark Luft, national sales manager the modular design enables even the smallest of companies to configure the system to suit their own production requirements.

He says, “The Collamat 6610 label applicator has been designed for industrial solutions where flexibility, robustness and ease-of-handling are a necessity, irrespective of the operation size.”

With a delayed pre-dispensing feature the 6610 allows over-edge applications without stopping the production flow. The label position can be easily adjusted to suit all labelling requirements and the label applicator speed can be adapted with ease.

The 6610 is ideal for smaller production lines through to high-speed industrial operations requiring fast throughput and accuracy. Ideally suited for pharmaceutical, food, beverage, household chemicals, cosmetics and packaging industries that are looking for user-friendly, modular labelling equipment that are easily integrated into complete production systems, according to Dy-Mark.

The company continues the Datamax M-Class Mark II is a compact, rugged industrial strength printer series that raises the bar for thermal and RFID printers available today. It is designed to provide ease-of-use and a lower total cost of ownership.

Luft says, “The versatile and rugged M-Class Mark II series is up to 24 per cent faster and 30 per cent smaller than competing printers and offers the power and performance required in a broad range of industrial environments.”

He adds, “The M-Class series is designed with a smaller footprint, making them ideal for users who need the power of an industrial printer, but need to consider space limitations within their production environment. The solid die-cast metal construction, large graphical display and modular design set the M-Class printer family a step above competitors,”

Dy-Mark Identification Solutions will be exhibiting on stand 25 at Impetus - the biennial GS1 conference, which will be held at the Sofitel, Melbourne on the October 23 and 24.
