Bobst Group has announced it will present a comprehensive range of equipment and services destined for the flexible materials converting industry, at the Printpack India 2009 exhibition, which takes place in New Delhi from January 18-23.

Bobst’s range includes machines from Atlas & Titan, Rotomec, Fischer and Krecke and Schiavi, and General.

Rotomec will present its latest developments in gravure printing and coating & laminating technologies being the Rotomec 888 gravure press the CL 850 multi-technology laminator.

Fischer and Krecke’s presentation will be on its next generation 8- and 10-colour presses, FP 14S and FP 16S.

Atlas & Titan will present its latest developments in slitting & rewinding technology for plain & metallised plastic film, flexible packaging materials, laminates, labelstock, paper & board. This includes the Titan SR8 cantilever slitter, the Titan ER610 slitter rewinder, the Titan CT610 automatic turret slitter rewinder and the Titan SMA900 slitter rewinder.

General (General Vacuum Equipment Ltd.) is a supplier of vacuum web coating and metallising solutions for the deposition of conventional aluminium and clear barrier coatings for plastic film, packaging materials, decorative & label applications, capacitor, photo-voltaic (PV) and high technology security coatings. It will present the K5000 vacuum metalliser.

Bobst says all of the machines it presents will have the benefit of Bobst Group’s customer service & support operations, which is located in Pune.
