Rodd Harrison has been appointed to the position of sales director of Kodak Versamark and Wide-Format Printing Solutions within the Kodak Graphic Communications Group. Based in Singapore, Harrison has been with Kodak for the past 10 years, and spent the last three-and-a-half years as general manager for the Asian region of Kodak company Encad. Harrison has spent all his working career in the graphic arts industry, having lived and worked in Asia for the past 17 years.
He says Kodak’s acquisitions of top graphic communications and commercial printing companies, including most recently Creo, has presented a bigger face to its customers, providing a challenge Harrison is keen to take up.
“It’s an interesting role, that’s why I like it,” he says.
His next focus will be to build up the use of colour and variable content, made possible by the Versamark.
