Jet Technologies has reaffirmed its relationship with Kocher + Beck, manufacturers of precision rotary tooling for the narrow web, packaging and offset print industries, for a further five years.
Jet recently opened a New Zealand office in Auckland. The company sees Kocher + Beck as a perfect fit with Jet’s technical distribution business across New Zealand and Australia. The partnership has seen Jet Technologies investing into local technical facilities and a support team that can provide advice and assistance around the clock to its client base
Jack Malki, director of Jet Technologies says, “We knew Kocher + Beck by its excellent reputation, but since we have started working together, we have been incredibly impressed by its professionalism and partnership approach to making a difference for clients.
“Jet Technologies recently launched our online ordering portal www.jet-live.com and this is the first step in streamlining rotary tooling workflow for clients, as well as an excellent resource for clients to use.”
Jet adds that Kocher + Beck’s flexible dies and magnetic cylinders are by far the most popular choice of rotary tooling purchased by Jet’s narrow web clients, adding that feedback from this sector indicates that Kocher + Beck’s quality, consistency and reliability are the major factors as to why customers choose to and return to deal with Jet Technologies. The company says that the IOC system (Inline Offset Cutting) developed by Kocher + Beck has become the next evolution in Jet Technologies servicing of the Australian and New Zealand offset market. The IOC systems utilises a print or coating station; using a flexible die manufactured to suit the appropriate station inline conversion can be achieved. Since drupa, Jet Technologies has seen a large increase in the number of orders for the IOC system.
