Goss International has announced the appointment of Jochen Meissner as its new chief executive officer, replacing Bob Brown, who will continue to serve the company as a member of the board of directors.
Goss International has announced the appointment of Jochen Meissner as its new chief executive officer, replacing Bob Brown, who will continue to serve the company as a member of the board of directors.Meissner has held management and executive positions with Man Roland, Heidelberg and had served as Goss International’s executive vice president and chief operating officer since joining the company in 2002.
Ed Padilla, chairman of the Goss International board of directors, says, “Jochen has been instrumental in the strengthening of our global organisation and our innovative product portfolio over the past six years. We are fortunate to have a proven, experienced leader prepared to take our company forward into its next phase.”
Former CEO Bob Brown will focus on strategic market issues and customer initiatives. He says, “It has been a privilege to lead such a proud, technology leading organization and to work with great employees, printers and publishers around the world. I look forward to continuing to work with Jochen on a variety of initiatives.”
