With less than three weeks until the PrintNZ Conference takes place on June 28-19, organisers have urged people in the print industry to register for, “the best learning and networking opportunity this year.”
Professor Göran Roos headlines the conference, speaking about the key topic of business and manufacturing strategy is. His session, on Thursday 28 June, will focus on manufacturing strategy: what it is and how to set up a business up for success. Aimed at business owners, leaders and anyone who want to learn the key aspects of setting a business up for success, the session topics include seting up a strong business model; why develop a niche market; and implementing new technologies including value adding functionality.
Professor Roos, chairman of VTT International in Finland and Honorary Professor at the Warwick Business School in the UK, has worked as a consultant in more than 50 countries as well as having served in management positions in several European and US-based corporations and he presently sits on several corporate advisory boards.
