Apprentice Awards 2008: Branch Award finalists announced

The PrintNZ Training Apprentice Awards which showcase the best apprentices and trainees have just announced the 2008 branch award finalists.

Over 100 apprentices and trainees who completed their training in 2007 were eligible for selection. A wide range of information is considered when choosing the Branch finalists, including assessment and assignment marks, Workplace Assessor and Training Liaison Officer feedback and workshop reports.Employers have been sent a questionnaire which will add to information PrintNZ Training already has on each finalist. The branch award winners will be selected in late February/early March.

The PrintNZ Training Apprentice awards breakfast will take place on Friday May 16 at Sky City Auckland. The Apprentice of the Year will be announced live on stage at the Pride In Print Awards on the evening of Friday May 16.The Apprentice of the Year Award is generously sponsored by: AGFA NZ, BJ Ball Papers and Kodak NZ.
