Scitex Vision chose Pacprint 05 for the first public showing of its second generation of flatbed printing press, the Scitex Vision VEEjet+ and was delighted with the results. The VEEjet+ uses a new generation of environmentally friendly, UV curable inks, to ensure top quality printed results. Its tailor-made VisionInk UV200 Supreme range of inks offer higher ink flexibility and allow users to print on any flexible, rigid, fragile, smooth or textured materials such as metal, leathers, YUPO paper, ceramic, glass, wood & plastic.
It can print on materials up to 2 x 3 metres/78.7” x 118” in size with thicknesses up to 4cm/1.5
inches.
To demonstrate its capability of applying to a variety of substrates, Scitex Vision used the VJ+ to print graphics on different substrates including the entire booth decorations.
During the exhibition, a wide variety of applications was displayed in the booth. Substrates included tiles, glasses, PVC, timber door, corrugated aluminium and even a window.
