Printing Industries briefing tackles workplace issues

Printing Industries will run a series of short briefings dealing with workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination.

The briefings, which will run for two hours, aim to advise printing company owners and key staff about their obligations in dealing with these workplace issues and the strategies that can be used to manage them should an incident occur.

Charles Watson, general manager Printing Industries says “Bullying, harassment, discrimination are illegal under a multitude of laws throughout Australia. If incidents are allowed to fester in the workplace and not dealt with promptly and appropriately, a company can be in all sorts of pain.”

The briefings will be held at Printing Industries' state offices.
