Submissions opened for 2012 PICA NSW

Printing Industries  Printing Industries Australia

There will be a Call of Entries for the 2012 NSW Printing Industries Craftsmanship Awards (PICA).

This year there are 33 categories available for print entries, while the business category recognises businesses which demonstrate the most improvement in resource use during the past twelve months.

Bill Healy, ceo and NSW general manager says “Based on feedback we received last year, the forms have been modified to make them easier to use. They have been divided into two distinctive sections to keep the print and business categories separated. There have also been changes to the wording of some print categories making them more explicit, which I intended to help companies to correctly categorise individual entries.”

Companies have until September 10, to submit their entries for both the business and print categories.

“I encourage companies that have yet to confirm their support to contact us as soon as possible to maximise the opportunity partnering with NSW’s highest profile activity for 2012.” says Healy.

The NSW PICA will be held on November 2, at the Sydney Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.
