Looking for a gong this year, two of the primary awards have issued a last call for entries, with the Galley Club Awards and the 2012 Panpa Newspaper of the Year Awards about to close.
The 2012 Panpa Newspaper of the Year Awards will have additional judges for all the categories, closing date is this Friday July 13. The Awards ceremony will be at the Grand Hall, Convention Centre, September 6.
The Panpa Awards focus on newspapers, websites, photography, marketing and excellence in print and production. The Age won the 90,000 plus circulation daily newspaper of the year in 2011. The Sunday Mail was awarded the Sunday newspaper of 2011.
The Galley Club of Sydney is a membership organisation open to individuals from all areas of the publishing and printing industries. The Galley Club Awards recognise excellence in magazine and book production. The ceremony will be on October 19, in Sydney.
