Fluid Technologies, based in Sydney has won the sole Australian distributor rights for all ABC Allied Pressroom Products.

The new arrangement sees the creation of arguably one of the largest distributors of high quality pressroom chemistry in Australia. Fluid Technologies was created in 2005 by well known local industry identity Kel Drewett to be the most innovative supplier of pressroom chemistry, and is well known for its focus on environmentally advanced products.

Solely focused on pressroom chemistry the business has grown remarkably in its

first years of trading. Drewett says, "We are delighted to be in partnership with such a large multinational that allows us global access to further advanced products for our market. Our mission was always to create a full service operation that would offer world's best innovations and high levels of service to the printing industry, and to professionally focus on one technology stream - pressroom chemistry."

Fluid Technologies concentrates on its core business of pressroom chemistry, and says it distinguishes itself by offering only high quality technology and full technical support. ABC Allied Pressroom Products has been well known to Australian printers for many years but is yet to work with such a committed partner. A spokesperson for ABC Allied said the company (with major manufacturing sites in the UK, USA and Asia) is delighted to finally see its range, including the world respected Allstar IPA Free Fountain solutions now professionally handled in the Australia market

The rollout of the first dual branded products is due for commencement in August 2007.
