AUSPLAS will feature major displays of plastics processing and ancillary equipment operating under factory conditions, alongside major presentations from international suppliers and distributors of plastics and rubber raw materials, master-batches and pigments. Specialty chemicals, elastomers, polyurethanes, fillers, recycling equipment and technology and finished products will also be featured. A large area will be set aside for ‘automation’, and planning is underway for a fully-automated production line featuring plastics automotive components assembly.
A new sector for chemical industry suppliers has been added, covering transport, bulk handling, distribution, packaging, coding, instrumentation, storage of hazardous goods, chemical/ polymer/pigments plant and equipment, OHS products-services, etc. with emphasis on the polymer/chemicals industry linkages.
