Brissett Rollers has significantly expanded its technical support team with a quartet of new appointments, as the rollers, blankets and pressroom chemicals supplier ups its presence around the country.

Ben Hickey, the 2005 LIA Graduate of the Year will join the NSW team, Ben Slinn will be on the ground supporting printers in Queensland, while Paul Sutherland and Paul Nightingale join the Victorian team.

Terry Brisset, managing director of Brissett Rollers says, "Many printers are hungry for help these days, with time and production pressures at a high level. Brissett Rollers is committed to providing pressroom expertise to printers, and the significant expansion of our technical team. All the guys we have taken on have very strong experience in the pressroom, both here and in Europe, and will bring significant benefits to the printers they deal with."

Brissett now has some 15 technical support staff working around the country.

Ben Hickey is well known in the industry being the recipient of the 2005 LIA Graduate of the Year Award and the GAMAA/LIA National Scholarship Prize. With experience at some of Sydney's largest printers, Ben brings invaluable knowledge in both sheetfed and web.

Ben Slinn in Queensland has vast experience with printing companies, both in England and Australia. Terry Brissett says his problem solving skills will be beneficial to both Brissetts and the Queensland market.

In Victoria Paul Sutherland comes with experience which includes exposure to world's best practice with international training in Europe with a printing industry market leader. His involvement with major printing firms in Australia was heavily focused on problem solving and his support to Brissetts will be invaluable.

Paul Nightingale comes to Brissetts with years of experience in not only the printing industry, both sheetfed and web, but also in the chemical and ink industry. Terry Brissett says his background will be of great value to printers and to Brissett as it expands its product range.
