Control system and solutions supplier for secure printing industries, Lake Image Systems, has moved in to Asia with the opening of a sales and service operation in Singapore.

The new company, Lake Image Systems Asia, which became operational this month provides marketing, sales, service and support for Lake Image’s range of print and document solutions to the Asian markets.

Martin Keats, managing director of Lake Image Systems says, “With consistently strong results from our core UK and US divisions we have aggressively invested in new resources. Establishing Lake Image Systems Asia demonstrates the success of this strategy.”

Keats adds, “Our successes have confirmed the strength of our technologies and our reputation for delivering effective solutions. LIS Asia is an integral part of our continued global growth plans and demonstrates our commitment to the Asian markets.”

Since 2006 Lake Image Systems has doubled the floor space of both its US and UK operations to support a broadening solutions portfolio and rapid revenue growth. In addition Lake Image Systems France was established in 2007.

With manufacturing in Europe and the US, Lake Image Systems says it provides turnkey integrity solutions which identify defective pieces, generate detailed audit trail reports and feed ADF architecture with piece level information.

Solutions include matched mail inspection, inserter output scanning, plastic card/carrier verification and document/print integrity reporting.
