Newspaper publisher and printer P.T. Candi Surya Wahana Printing from Surakarta on Java, Indonesia has ordered a King press at Graphic Web Systems to be installed at its printing facilities.
P.T. Candi says with the installation of this press system it is taking the next step in its process to install satellite printing facilities throughout Indonesia. At GWS a King Press has been ordered consisting of 6 reel stands, (2) 4-high towers, (2) 2-high towers and 2 folders.
In the meantime, the press system has been dismantled at the printing facilities of F.D. Hoekstra Boom Offset-Rotatie in The Netherlands and is currently being prepared for transport to Indonesia at the facilities of GWS in Schijndel, The Netherlands.
The press system, including an Agfa prepress system, will be ready for shipment in October 2008.
