Gallus will have a range of solutions for labels and cartons on display at PacPrint with the company says it aims for flexibility in printing and processing, modular design, open architecture and state-of-the-art technologies in all its solutions.
Gallus outlines that its rotascreen system is a package for label printers, which now includes Screeny S-Line printing plates that include a new springhard mesh microstructure and are based on improved plating technology.The structure, microstructure of woven mesh, is optimal for ink flow and in conjunction with one side even photopolymer coating it results in best image resolution, according to Gallus.
The company continues that the Gallus ICS 670 and CCS 510 carton machines meet with inline systems and are designed for the production of high quality folding cartons directly from the roll. All processes can be completed in a single pass.
Meanwhile, Galus also supply’s Prati slitter rewinder inspection machines, which cater for the individual requirements of self-adhesive label manufacturers. Also, the German UV supplier IST Metz will be presenting their lamp module MBS-5 at the Pacprint09 exhibition in conjunction with Gallus.
