With a little over two months to go, the countdown has begun for the largest Auspack the industry has ever seen. The show opens in Melbourne on May 1. The dates are set, the venue is booked and hotels on standby, so visitors are recommended to register now for Auspack 2007 which will be held May 1-4 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

According to Robby Clark, event manager with event organisers, ETF, hotels in the area are rapidly filling up with people coming to the event.

“I would strongly advise everyone that is looking to attend Auspack 2007 to make sure that they register their attendance on-line now, book their flights and accommodation so they are not disappointed,”

Visitors can simply log on to www.auspack.com.au and pre-register to attend, saving time on the day.

“If you don’t like standing in long queues then pre-registration is the way to go. It is a quick, simple means of ensuring that your exhibition access is hassle free at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre,” suggests Clark.

Auspack is the single largest trade show and exhibition for the packaging, food, beverage and manufacturing industry in Australasia and visitors will be coming to Melbourne in May from all over Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the UK and the US.

Over the last ten years Auspack has built up to be the leading industry event in this region and with the exhibition floor space growing increasingly every day.

Owned and organised by the Australian Packaging Machinery Association (APMA) Auspack leads the way for new products and technologies and innovative solutions for the packaging industry.

Visitors can spend two to three days walking around the 16,500 sq m of exhibition space, networking, learning and gaining an extensive array of packaging knowledge under one roof.
