The new Total difference

chemicals  gluing  paper  plates - flexo  varnish  logistic  environment

Well known chemicals suppliers GSB and AIM Industrial are now Total Chemicals, with the print industry one of its key market sectors

Total Chemicals says the company has been founded specifically to offer the customer, including printers, a previously unparalleled level of service with an even broader product range, designed to suit all printing requirements, and to make life a little easier.
Total Chemicals is built on a vast range of experience, spanning two very successful generations of industry history and technical know how.

As of the October 1 this year all GSB and AIM Industrial customers came under the Total Chemicals banner, with the company looking forward to presenting its expanded range of quality chemicals, fast turnaround times, specialty blending facilities and highly competitive pricing
As part of its strategy to make life easier for its customers Total launched an industry first feature on its web site, with a special tool to allow customers to make an appointment online, for an obligation-free telephone consultation with a specific Total consultant skilled in a particular product type.
Total Chemicals range of products include alcohols, chemical manufacturing, toll blending, flexographic solvents, hydrocarbons, oils, greases, lubricants, thinners, paint strippers, safety solvents, solvents, specialty chemicals and raw materials.

Whilst the incorporation of Total Chemicals is literally ‘brand new’, the reality is that the research and development, strategic customer interviews, market surveys, and pre-planning has been underway for some years.

Chris Barton, co-founder of Total Chemicals comments, “What became evident throughout our comprehensive research was that absolutely all of the market segments interviewed were hungry for better service and improved product availability, which, in a perfect world, would ideally also be backed by a company offering total commitment.”
Barton added “Total Chemicals was founded on this premise - specifically to offer customers an unparalleled
level of service and technical know how for its dynamic range of solvents, specialty chemicals, along with its nationwide custom blending and formulating services.”
Barton believes more than 80 years of experience in chemical sales, handling and confidential private label blending, coupled with the experience and accreditation in all facets of its business base, will ensure that even the highest of safety regimes are conformed to. He is confident these ingredients will ensure that Total Chemicals can deliver what the market requires.

In addition to the printing industry Total supplies diverse sectors including mining, general industry, automotive, electrical, printing, hospitality, shipping, transport, aviation, armed forces, chemical manufacturing, paint and coating manufacturers, hair product and shampoo manufacturers, flexographic printers, cardboard manufacturers, ink manufacturers, tanneries, governments and institutions, hospitals, engineering, pharmaceutical, plastics producers, and steel producers. Printers benefit from Total leveraging its knowledge of these sectors across its range.
