Vesta folder gluers are capable of belt speeds up to 1640 ft/min. and can handle stock up to E-flute and B-corrugated. Vesta offers a wide range of features including: dual touch screen controls, carton register section, high speed servo controls, pneumatic compression unit and more.
Vesta machines are built in Barcelona by Spanish craftsmen. Inramik carefully selects the finest materials that offer extensive durability and rigidity. To further meet the high quality criteria, each machine is rigorously tested, so printers, converters and finishers know they are always getting the highest quality and reliability. Inramik says it enables the finishing department to achieve increased production, greater profitability, and higher productivity with reduced costs. Vesta folder gluers come with a motorised feeder with independent, adjustable belts, AC speed variator and electronic pile vibrator. The AC motors come with assisted ventilation. They do not require maintenance. There is extended prebreaking section for first and third creases, a lower gluing disc unit in stainless steel, the upper carriers come with tilting ends.
Among the optional extras on the Vesat rane is an untimed suction feeder, a side register modul, a crashlock bottom type A and double wall unit, an attachment for crashlock bottom boxes type B, a third centre removable carrier on folding and closing section and the Vestafold electronic four-corner folding module with servo motors controlled by microprocessor.
Inramik manufactures a folder-gluer for standard folders and for folders with spine, the prospekt II which it claims is the fastest and most accurate folder-gluer for 3-Dimensional and standard pocket folders.
The company says the prospekt II is well engineered and built. Changeovers are quick and easy, without requiring any special tools. Touch screen panel operates speed, counter and all other functions. Standard equipment includes side register section, hotmelt glue system with two glue nozzles and motorised delivery stacker.
