 CCL Industries, one of the world’s largest label and specialty packaging companies has acquired Melbourne-based label supplier Purbrick. The Victorian company’s 2009 revenues were approximately $8.7m with an estimated EBITDA of $1.9m. The purchase price was $2m, representing a small discount to the book value of net equity acquired, according to CCL.
